You can activate your Deakin account through the Activate account webpage. You’ll need to enter your student ID number and course code from your offer email along with your date of birth.
A username and password will then be automatically generated, or you can choose your own password. Your username will start with ‘S’ for student, followed by a number – for example, S00001234. Your username will also become your Deakin email address – for example, S00001234@deakin.edu.au.
Be sure to remember these account details carefully, as you’ll use them to finish your enrolment in StudentConnect and access your Deakin email, the DeakinSync learning portal, your CloudDeakin unit sites and other systems.
We recommend that you don’t change your password until you’ve completed your enrolment.
