1. Launch ResearchMaster, go to the main menu – click Settings, then select Change Password
   
   
   
   
2. The Change Password pop up window will appear
   
   
   
   
3. Enter your Current Password, then select a New Password and Repeat the New Password (use your mouse cursor or Tab key to select the next typing box, DO NOT use the Enter key)
   
   
   
   
4. Once the new password has been entered and repeated, you must click the mouse cursor back into the new password text field, or alternatively press the Tab key (DO NOT use the Enter key) - otherwise, the password change will not take place
   
   

   If you close the Change Password window, the change will not be accepted.

   
   
   
5. Once this has been successfully completed; a Password accepted message will appear in the top right corner of the screen
   
   
   
   
6. If these instructions are not executed correctly, or the Current Password, New Password or Repeat New Password fields are incorrectly completed, the appropriate error message will be displayed in the top right corner
