This guide is for Deakin managed workstations only. If a Deakin-managed workstation running Office is not connected to the network for more than 180 days, the Office licence will expire. If you cannot establish a connection to the Deakin network using Cisco AnyConnect, you will need to purchase a copy of Office for a nominal cost. |
This is not required on a Deakin Desktop Mac computer, as the license should not expire. If you are experiencing licensing issues with Office on your Deakin Desktop Mac, please contact the IT Service Desk.
When off campus, establish a connection to the Deakin network using the VPN.
When on campus, please ensure your machine is connected via Ethernet cable.
