You may also contact the Office of the General Counsel for templates for the following contracts and agreements:

• Contracts, including Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs)
• Non-disclosure agreements or confidentiality agreements
• External consultancy agreements
• Temp personnel agreements 

All contracts must be stored in TRIM. Email the TRIM Support team for TRIM access, and view the TRIM help sheets for assistance uploading contracts into TRIM.
