Activate your Deakin IT Account

Get started by activating your Deakin University IT account - Setup a password and note down your new username!

Note: Remember your username has the letter "S" in front of it (e.g. s123456789), while your ID only has the numbers (e.g. 123456789)!

Already have an account, but having trouble logging in? Check out the Username & Password - Support Page for more troubleshooting information

Set Up your Wi-Fi - Get Connected

One of the first things you should do when you set foot on campus is to connect to Deakin Wi-Fi. Our Wi-Fi network is called 'eduroam'

We have a new certificate, so if you've connected to eduroam before and are experiencing problems, you may need to forget eduroam and reconnect.

On-Campus Printing

Note: Starting from Trimester 1, 2024, there will be a change in printing at Deakin.

All Deakin students now receive $100 credits monthly, allocated to their accounts for printing.

In our commitment to shaping a sustainable future, we encourage students to opt for digital alternatives where available, contributing to our sustainability goals.

For further details regarding this Printing@Deakin update, please refer to our Printing@Deakin - Support Homepage
