Note: The MFA Recovery Code purpose is to allow you to access www.deakin.edu.au/mfa-setup to fix/repair a lost or broken MFA device. It is not supported to be used as a replacement for regular logins.
- Visit the Deakin Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) Recovery Code Portal from the following link: https://apps.deakin.edu.au/mfa-selfservice
- Sign into Deakin Single Sign-on (SSO) with your Deakin username and password.
- Enter your "Employee ID/Student ID" and click "Next".

- Check your personal email address that you have provided to Deakin, you should receive a MFA Emergency code.

- Go to www.deakin.edu.au/mfa-setup and enter your email address. When prompted enter the recovery code in the email from Step 4
