Automatic external email forwarding is not available for staff accounts. If you enable forwarding to an external address for a staff account, these emails will not be delivered correctly. The Outlook mobile application (accessible on Android and iOS) is available for monitoring your email on the go. If you do not monitor your Deakin mailbox, you can utilise Automatic Replies. |
Correspondence sent by email within the University will normally be sent to your Deakin email address.
If you set a redirection email address through the email forwarding facility, ALL your Deakin email will be forwarded to the address recorded. |
If you log into your Deakin email account via Outlook or Outlook Web Access, your Deakin Inbox should be empty unless you have selected the option to 'Keep a copy of forwarded messages'.
