Changing your password using a Digital Services-managed Windows 11 PC


Note: This article applies to Digital Services-managed workstations running Windows 11.

Change your password

With Windows 11, you no longer change your password using the Ctrl+Alt+Delete option. This feature is disabled in Deakin's Windows 11 environment.

To change your password, use the Deakin Change Password website: https://apps.deakin.edu.au/password-change/

  1. Click the Windows Start menu. Choose the Change Password link.
    This directs you to the Deakin Change Password website.


  2. Complete the Change Password form.

  3. Once all fields have a green tick, click Change Password.

Once you've changed your password, you must restart your computer.
