Zoom is a video conference service you can use to virtually meet and interact with others.
Zoom has many features, including video conferencing and Presentation share.
Deakin has many Video Conference rooms, allowing the room to join the Zoom meeting, with integrated Cameras, Microphones, large Displays, Audio systems and Presentation sharing.

Deakin has two main Room Booking Services: Office 365 (O365) and TimeEdit https://cloud.timeedit.net/au_deakin/web.

Deakin has a few different types of room control systems in Video Conference rooms.
You will need a room which is 'Zoom Capable.'

There are many ways to dial into a Zoom Meeting. The OBTP Join button is the easiest, just press the big green Join button and you are connected to the Zoom meeting.
Another way is to use the Zoom Speeddial. The Zoom Speeddial button will connect you to the Zoom IVR, and prompt you to enter the Zoom Meeting ID and Password.
SIP calls are also available.
