Setup WiFi - Get connected

One of the first things you should do when you set foot on campus is to connect to Deakin Wi-Fi. Our Wi-Fi network is called Eduroam. 

We have a new certificate so if you’ve previously connected to Eduroam and are experiencing problems, you may need to forget Eduroam and re-connect.

Email and Printing

Once your Deakin university account is active, you can access your Deakin University email from the following link.

Learning

Please note that only some Deakin College students with specific access will have access to DeakinSync

As a Deakin College student, you can access your Learning materials from the Deakin College Student Portal

If you require access to additional learning resources, you can visit Deakin University Library and access the resources using your Deakin University credentials.

Software

As a Deakin College student you can install Microsoft Office and access a wide range of software using your Deakin University credentials.

Prepare to march into your classes with Microsoft Office essentials installed on your personal computer! It's a single setup and yes it's free for all Deakin University students!

Find, download and install software for your computer via the Deakin University Software library. 

Access software in the cloud, on any device, from wherever you need to be via Apps and Desktops Anywhere (ADA).
