Zoom Meetings - Join using Zoom Speeddial from a Video Conference Room

General Information

Some Deakin video conference rooms have a Zoom Speed dial button. 

Pressing the Zoom Speed Dial button will call the Zoom IVR (Interactive Voice Response).  

Once connected to the Zoom IVR, you may enter the Zoom Meeting ID and Password to join the meeting.

The figure above shows the Cisco Navigator Touch Panel 

  1. 1. Select the 'Zoom' button




    2. Touch in each field and use the Keypad to enter the Meeting ID and Passcode to join the meeting. then press Join

 

Zoom Speed Dial in DAVE / Crestron Rooms

In DAVE / Crestron Rooms with Video Conference, you may select the Zoom button to call the Zoom IVR.

A numeric keypad will appear.  Use the keypad to enter the Zoom Meeting ID, and the Password.

 

 

Zoom Speed Dial in DARCS / AMX Rooms

In DARCS / AMX Rooms with Video Conference, you may select the blue Zoom button to call the Zoom IVR.

A numeric keypad will appear.  Use the keypad to enter the Zoom Meeting ID, and the Password.

 

No Zoom IVR Speed Dial Button? Manually dial: meet@zmau.us

In video conference rooms with no Zoom Speed dial button, you may manually dial the Zoom IVR: meet@zmau.us
Some Cisco rooms may have a favorite available to call the Zoom IVR also.

Once connected to the Zoom IVR, use the Numeric Keypad to enter the Meeting ID, and the Password.

OBTP Join - An easy way to Join

Note: You can make joining Zoom Rooms even easier by booking the room in O365, and selecting Zoom Meeting in your calendar invitation.  This integration will display a big green One Button To Push (OBTP) Join button on the Touch Panel and you won't need to manually enter the Meeting ID or Password of the Zoom meeting.
