Introduction
When connected to a Zoom meeting, the buttons in the Zoom Menu allow you to quickly access the Zoom DTMF Menu.
| Note: Some functions require Host Key to be entered.
The Host Key can be found on the meeting host's Zoom profile page. For more information on Zoom DTMF Menus for SIP/H.323, refer to the following article. You may hear keypad tones when the Zoom Menu buttons are selected. This is normal as the menu shortcut buttons are invoking the Numeric Keypad in the background. |
Zoom Menu in Cisco Touch 10 Rooms
For rooms with the Cisco Touch 10 controller accessing Zoom meeting features is now even easier.
1. When in a Zoom meeting, select the 'Zoom Menu' button
2. A pop up will appear with Zoom Menu options.
Note: The Host Key can be found on the meeting host's Zoom profile page.
3. Scroll down the page for more options.
4. Touch the background to close the Zoom Menu.

Zoom Menu in Cisco Touch 8 Rooms
For Rooms with the older Cisco Touch 8 controllers, you may access the Zoom Menu features using the Numeric Keypad.
1.To access the Zoom Menu whilst in a Zoom meeting, select the Keypad.
2. A numeric Keypad will appear.
3. A Zoom Menu overlay will appear on the Main display.
4. Use the Keypad on the Touch 8 controller to select Zoom Menu options.
5. Select * to Exit the Menu.

1. Select the Zoom button to access the Zoom Menu

Note: The Zoom Menu buttons will only have effect when you are already Joined in a Zoom meeting. |
If you are in a Zoom Meeting, you may also manually invoke the Zoom Menu by selecting #1 on the numeric keypad to access the Zoom in-call menu manually.
