Using recommended tools ensures that Digital Services can assist if you run into an issue. If you use a tool that's not recommended or supported, we may not be able to help and advise you to switch to one of the recommended ones.
On Digital Services-managed computers, some apps are pre-installed and automatically updated, while others can be installed from Company Portal (on Windows 11) or Self Service+ (on Mac).
For personal devices, these apps can be downloaded via the Deakin University Software Library.
