Is the Join Button missing? Here are some other ways to Join:

The most common cause of the OBTP Join button not appearing, is if the room (or the associated Zoom Join Connected if it is a Syllabus Plus room) was not booked and accepted in the Zoom meeting booking in O365.

If your video conference room does not have the Join button, it is possible to join the meeting using other methods:

Zoom IVR Speeddial button

Some rooms have a Zoom Speeddial button which dials the Zoom IVR: meet@zmau

After connection to the Zoom IVR, a numeric Keypad is shown to enter the Meeting ID and Password of the Zoom meeting.

Refer to Join using Zoom Speeddial from a Video Conference Room

Use the Directory Button and select "...Connect to Zoom Meeting"

All rooms have the Zoom IVR listed in the Directory.

  1. Select the Call button to view and search the Directory.
  2. Select and Dial the Zoom IVR.
  3. After connection to the Zoom IVR, select the Numeric Keypad and enter the Meeting ID and Password of the Zoom meeting.

Manually dial the SIP Address in the meeting invitation

  1. Dial the Zoom IVR SIP address: meet@zmau.us
  2. Use the keypad to enter Meeting ID and Password when prompted.

Refer to Join using SIP address (manual dial Zoom meeting or other SIP conference)
