Users may experience issues while attempting to connect to Eduroam after following standard instructions, this could be due to various reasons. This article guides users to undertake additional troubleshooting steps which will allow them to connect to the network.

If you are experiencing issues connecting on a Windows 10 or 11 device:

Warning: If you have rejected the new Eduroam certificate, iOS will attempt to use the previous certificate repeatedly and may temporarily lock your account. Please follow the steps below if this occurs, wait 20 minutes, and attempt to connect again. |
If you are experiencing issues connecting on an iPhone:
Note: Wireless setup on Android devices can vary between different manufacturers, and the following is a general guide. Additionally, some Android devices may advise they are connecting for a few minutes. If so, moving to a different part of the building may result in a successful connection. |
If you are experiencing issues connecting on Android:
If you have successfully connected to eduroam, however you are unable to load any websites try using a different browser. For example, if you are using Chrome on a Mac swap to Safari. If you are using Edge on a Windows machine, try using Chrome or Firefox.
