How do I clear my web history (Cookies & Cache)?

Internet browsers use caching to store web pages. When you visit a webpage that has previously been stored, if the date on the page is the same date as the stored copy, then the computer will use that copy rather than re-downloading it again. Most of the time, this works without issue, but it can sometimes cause issues on sites that require authentication, like Deakin sites.

When should I clear my Cookies & Cache?

Don't panic—this is easily solved. You will merely need to clean your Cookies & Cache to get up and running again.
