How to request CloudDeakin support


Deakin University provides a number of online teaching and learning services, such as CloudDeakin, Deakin Video, Blackboard Collaborate.

There are a number of published user support guides for students and staff to refer to.

Please refer to one of the following sections to clarify how to request support.

For any administrative related support requirements, please consider contacting your unit academic staff or faculty administration team first. They will initially assist clarify if your query is something they can resolve for you. If not, they will refer you to contact a more relevant support team, such as an enrolment officer or the IT Service Desk.

Within each Deakin faculty, there is a Teaching and Learning support team designed to assist staff directly with any administrative or maintenance requirements. As well to also provide a first level point of contact to raise any matters with, and to escalate any technical issues further on your behalf.
