When printing on non-standard paper (for example: labels, thick card stock, envelopes or similar) that cannot be loaded into the normal paper tray, it is recommended that you use the bypass tray. You may load this paper into the bypass tray on the side of the printer and use the steps below to copy to the tray.
  1. Tap your Deakin Card on the printer's card reader, or enter your Deakin credentials at the logon screen to sign in.
  2. Select Device functions, and then Use Device Functions.
"Use device functions" within printer interface

  3. Select Copy.
  4. Place the paper face-down in the bypass tray.
  5. Select Bypass.
